Instead of lining up for over-the-counter transactions, customers have the option of using a VTM. The VTM uses scanner A4 to scan and capture the applications and TG2480H to print the receipt

Queue Management System (QMS) ensures delivery of prompt and consistent service to meet the needs of customer. QMS uses TG2480H to print a queue number.
